Contact and request forms
If you contact us via one of our forms, we process the data you provide (name, email address, phone number, vehicle and property details, message) as well as optionally uploaded files such as the vehicle registration document, key or property photos. This processing is carried out to handle your request and to carry out pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) as well as on the basis of our legitimate interest in efficient request handling (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Uploaded files are stored in a non-publicly accessible storage and are only visible to us. We delete request data as soon as it is no longer required for processing and no statutory retention periods apply.
Hosting and backend
This website and the associated database are operated by a service provider acting as a data processor on our behalf. When the website is accessed, technically necessary server log data (IP address, time, page accessed, browser type) is processed.
Contact by phone, email or WhatsApp
If you contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp, we process the data transmitted in this way to handle your request. For WhatsApp, the privacy policy of the respective provider also applies.
Map display
On our contact page we embed a map from OpenStreetMap. When the map loads, your IP address is transmitted to the map service.
Cookies, statistics and marketing
Technically necessary storage in the browser is required for the operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Statistics and marketing services such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager or the Meta Pixel are only loaded after your explicit consent via our cookie notice (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). We store your selection locally in your browser. You can revoke your consent at any time by deleting the website data in your browser and making a new selection. As long as no consent is given, no tracking takes place.
